About Me
Hello! My name is Kinlagh Boudreau and I am 21 years old. I was born in Halifax, Nova Scotia, Canada, and I grew up in Newmarket, Ontario, Canada. Now, I am a junior at Arizona State University studying sports journalism at the Walter Cronkite School of Journalism and Mass Communication and business at the W.P. Carey School of Business. I am involved in Blaze Radio as a sideline reporter and radio show co-founder and co-host, and am an active member of the Psi Epsilon chapter of Chi Omega.
I first discovered my passion for sports journalism in the summer after my sophomore year of high school when I completed a summer journalism program with Boston University. That was the first time anything I had written had been published online. Since then, I have had my work published on AZPreps365, Blaze Radio Sports and Cronkite News.
In the summer after my sophomore year, I was a marketing and social media intern with the Arizona Sands Club at the University of Arizona and I will be interning again in their sports division in the summer after my junior year.
My goal in the sports journalism industry is to work in Formula 1. I am trying as many roles in sports journalism as possible to expand my skillset so I can achieve my dream.
